The hypnotherapy that I practice is proven to be effective in resolving/treating the following (but not exclusively) “Presenting Problems” successfully:

Some conditions such as, psychosis, schizophrenia and severe depression are outside of the scope of hypnotherapy I practice and should appropriately and safely consulted with and treated by: psychologist, psychiatrist, or/and the local social worker and GP.
 
To insure that you successfully get the best and most desired outcome from our hypnotherapy session, I would like to ask you to go through the following 3 steps:
 
  1. Choose and book a date for the initial Discovery Video Call: This is where you and I talk about the most important issue to resolve, and getting to know and discuss how the hypnotherapy is applied in the process; One of the most significant differences between the traditional therapy and the hypnotherapy that I was trained to practice is, it’s immediacy; the hypnotherapy typically requires 1 to 2 sessions to get the desired outcome while more traditional therapies are planed for at least 6 sessions and in many cases require a life-time commitment. Entire call should last 10 - 20 minutes. 
  2. Fill in a Consultation Form and book a session date: After the Discovery Video Call and we both feel comfortable and ready with a clear idea about our session, please book a formal hypnotherapy session (it takes about 90 minutes). I will then send you a pdf file of Consultation Form for you to complete, together with Terms and Conditions. 
  3. On the day of our session, we will have a friendly chat about your most important subject to look at, where you have the option to modify/clarify further. Then, you will be asked to sign the consent form (information disclosure: your personal details and contents of the session will be safely stored in the database for 3 months after which it will be deleted unless otherwise requested).
 
The session will be followed by a follow up video call/meeting to talk through your final outcome and consolidate your experience. For the following 21 days after the session, you are most welcome to see/chat with me for any question or anything, either via phone/video calls or in person.
